Board Director
"My passion has always been about unlocking potential—of technology and of people. At Global Air Drones, we are not just deploying advanced UAVs; we are building ecosystems, navigating complex regulations, and empowering local partners to solve their most challenging industrial problems."
As the Board Director of Global Air Drones (GAD) FZ LLC, Eno Umoh provides strategic oversight and governance, ensuring the company’s trajectory aligns with the highest global standards for innovation and operational excellence. With a career that spans founding successful ventures across Africa, Europe, and the Americas, Eno is a pivotal force in guiding GAD’s expansion into Morocco and other strategic markets across Africa and the Middle East.
Before his Board role at GAD, Eno founded Global Air U (GAU), a premier drone consultancy. There, he has personally collaborated with the U.S. Department of State and led transformative initiatives in Nigeria, Kenya, the UK, and beyond. His hands-on experience includes co-founding Global Air Media and the Global Air Drone Academy, where he has trained over 18,000 students and helped more than 300 drone entrepreneurs launch successful businesses. This unique blend of grassroots training and high-level consulting allows him to bridge the gap between operational realities and strategic vision.
In his concurrent leadership as Managing Director of Global Air Africa, Eno drives market entry and growth strategies, building key partnerships with industry leaders and regulatory bodies across the continent. He is the architect behind GAD’s philosophy of combining local market intelligence with world-class UAS solutions, ensuring that every project—from industrial inspections to digital twins—is executed with precision and cultural competency.
At Global Air Drones: Eno is committed to fostering a culture of mentorship, innovation, and strategic growth. He leverages his award-winning background—including being the Winner of the 2020 African Drone Business Competition and a featured speaker at the FAA UAS Symposium and the African Drone Forum—to position GAD as the partner of choice for asset digitalization and geospatial intelligence in Africa and beyond.
